NORM Belt is an innovative monitoring device for people living with heart failure. It revolutionises the treatment of this chronic illness through daily checks, providing users with the confidence to lead a normal life. The NORM Belt, worn for a few minutes a day, monitors the size of the inferior vena cava using a small implant as a reliable indicator of the body’s volume status. The data is displayed via the NORM companion app and reported to the treating team in case of significant deterioration.
